Users retain ownership of uploaded content while granting Grove a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute content necessary to operate the service.
5. Marketplace
Grove provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, legal compliance, shipping, and plant health. Buyers are responsible for understanding purchases. Grove is not the seller unless explicitly stated.
6. Community Standards
Content encouraging illegal activity, hate, threats, scams, or misleading plant identification may be removed.
7. Intellectual Property
The Grove software, branding, and original content remain Grove property.
8. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Service provided ‘as is’ without warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
Specify governing jurisdiction before release.
12. Changes
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
